Settings
Your account, your organisation, your team and your plan.
Settings covers your personal account and, for owners, the organisation itself. Everyone sees Profile, Notifications and Privacy & Security; the Organisation and Integrations tabs belong to the organisation owner.
Profile
Your photo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB), your name and contact number, and your sign-in email. Changing the email sends a confirmation link to the new address before anything switches.
Notifications
Per-category control over what reaches you, with separate In-app and Email levels for each notification type. Email is off by default: the in-app bell is the primary channel. You can also enable desktop notifications for the browser you're in.
Privacy & Security
- Password: change the password you sign in with.
- Two-factor: add an authenticator app (TOTP) and manage your devices.
- Account: permanently delete your account and personal data.
Organisation (owner only)
- General: the workspace name every member sees.
- Members: invite people by email as Member or Admin, change roles, or remove them. Members and admins create; the owner looks after the team, billing and integrations.
- Billing: your plan and seats. Each tier is a base fee plus a per-member price; upgrade, downgrade or manage the subscription at any time.
- Storage & Data: how much storage the organisation is using.
- Danger Zone: delete the organisation and everything in it.
