The problem we kept hitting was never the creative. It was the hundredth variant of the creative: the same film re-cut for another market, another language, another aspect ratio, another phase of the campaign. Weeks of skilled work spent on changes a machine should make, with a spreadsheet as the only record of what went where.
So we built the pipeline we wanted: real After Effects templates, campaign data connected on a visual flow, renders that trace back to the exact inputs that made them, and an approval step before anything reaches an ad account. That pipeline became Nubu.
