Terms of service

Nubu is a creative-automation platform operated by Bear Studios Creative Ltd. It lets organisations turn campaign data, media assets, and video templates into rendered advertising creatives, review and approve them, and optionally deliver them to advertising platforms the organisation connects (such as Meta and Google). By creating an account or using Nubu you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Organisation owners control membership, roles, billing, and platform connections for their workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

You retain all rights to the assets, templates, data, and creatives you upload or generate. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process, render, and deliver that content as you instruct. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for the compliance of the advertising you produce with the policies of the platforms you deliver it to.

When you connect a third-party platform (such as Meta or Google), you authorise Nubu to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for example uploading creatives and creating paused ads. Your use of that platform remains governed by its own terms. Nubu never activates ads or spends budget; publishing and spend decisions are always yours, made in the platform’s own tools.

• You may connect your organisation's own API keys for third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) to generate images, video, and copy inside Nubu. Your use of each provider is governed by its own terms, and any fees the provider charges under your key are your responsibility.
• Keys are stored encrypted and used only to run the generations you request; you can remove a key at any time in Settings.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before you use it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law, the policies of any platform you publish it to, and third-party rights.

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content or activity.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service or access another organisation's data.
• No reselling or providing the service to third parties without our agreement.

Paid plans are billed per seat through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You can stop using Nubu and delete your account or organisation at any time in Settings; deletion removes your data as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we make material changes to these terms we will update this page and notify account owners where appropriate. Questions? Contact hello@nubu.app.
