Assets
The media library: folders, uploads and every file your creatives use.
The Assets page is your organisation's media library: the images, video and audio that flows drop into templates. Everything lives in your organisation's own private storage.
Folders and navigation
Organise the library with folders: click New folder, name it, and drag assets (or whole folders) onto a folder or a breadcrumb to move them. The breadcrumb across the top always shows where you are, starting at All assets.
Uploading
Click Upload or drop files and folders anywhere on the page. Nubu reads each file's dimensions, duration and a preview frame in the browser as it uploads. Images, video and audio are supported, including professional formats (such as .psd and .exr) that upload without a browser preview.
Finding assets
Use Grid view or List view and the filter box to search by name, type or dimensions (for example 1080).
The asset drawer
Click an asset to open its details: a preview player, its name (editable), tags, type, dimensions, duration, size, version and original filename.
- Download the file, or Replace file to swap it while keeping the same asset: its version number increments and flows keep working.
- Block / Unblock stops an asset being used in new creatives without deleting it.
- Delete removes it permanently; Nubu warns you when flows are using it.
Storage
Storage scales with your plan and team size; owners can see usage under Settings > Organisation.
