    Glossaries

Brand rules per market that every AI task must follow.

Glossaries teach Nubu's AI your brand: the tone, protected terms and preferred wording that AI tasks must respect, market by market. They are part of the Business+ plan, alongside the AI nodes that use them.

    Create a glossary#

    1. Open Glossaries in the sidebar and click New glossary.
    2. Give it a title, plus an optional brand name and description. One glossary per brand works well.

    Market rules#

Each glossary holds a set of markets, and each market its own rules:

    • Market name and aliases: how the market appears in flows ("UK", "United Kingdom"), so pipes match automatically.
    • Tone: brand voice and messaging guidelines, in your own words.
    • Do-not-translate: terms that must stay exactly as written, such as product names.
    • Forbidden words: words the AI must avoid.
    • Exclude from images: terms to keep out of generated imagery.
    • Approved phrases: preferred wording the AI should lean on.
    • Approved translations: exact source-to-translation pairs the AI must use.

Save each market as you go; a glossary can grow one market at a time.

    How they're used#

In a flow, an AI Node can select a glossary; the market rules matching each creative's market apply to every request automatically. See Using AI nodes.

    Deleting#

Deleting a glossary permanently removes its market rules; AI nodes that referenced it simply run without glossary context afterwards.
